“Produced wrong. Didn’t follow instructions re the side the Velcro should have been applied. Also decided to put a join in the fabric without letting me know and again it was on the wrong. Looks really poor and a very disappointed customer.”

“Make sure you ask if they have the item in stock in the UK. I saw 'in stock' on their site but was informed, when I rang, that my order had been delayed at the warehouse in Germany. Could be a total of 3 weeks plus before my order arrives or more. In stock should mean in stock in the UK.”
