“I love this website ! I started usimg it last year for christmas gifts after i found it on a google search . I have made a few orders since especially for beanie boos for my daughter . They always arrive before estimated delivery time and i am notified as and when my order is sent out . Customer service based on me ordering and everything being 5* from start to finish is amazing . I have reccomended to others and will definitely be ordering again myself .”

“I want to say a very big thankyou to the Manager & ladies in the Bracknell store. The service & wonderful help/donation they gave me towards my daughters college raffle she is doing to raise funds for a Morocco trip next year where she is helping the locals community with repairing roads etc after the earthquake they had. Such a great cause. Once again you made my day Mrs Mckane & Rhiannon”

“They pride themselves on their customer service however, when I contacted them as I was unhappy with the quality of one of the Jellycats I received, namely the Bag Charm. I was told that it looked okay to them from the photo I submitted and I could return it for a refund at my own expense. Hardly outstanding customer service. 1 star!”

Our Jellycat products come directly from Jellycat and are quality checked by them as well as by us, prior to dispatch. On receipt of your photo we did look into your complaint further, however, we do believe that the photo on our website is an accurate representation of the product you’ve received. Unfortunately, if there is no fault with the item, customers are asked to cover the cost of any returns they wish to issue. Apologies for any disappointment this may have caused. “I’ve love East of India for a long time and was delighted to find so many gorgeous items at discounted prices on the Temptations website. I then found other fabulous brands in my explorations of the website. An amazing evening Christmas shopping on my sofa while my husband watched football. Ordering was easy (other than deciding what to put in my basket). I received order confirmation and updates on my order was beautifully packed and arrived in a couple of days. Thanks, I will definitely be back”

“I'm so excited about my advent calendar! And I have to say, the delivery was absolutely lightning fast. I've been ordering these calendars for the past four years, and every time, the delivery gets quicker.
