“The mugs were a gift for my son’s partner, who absolutely loves them. They were taken on their first visit to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Easy to order and delivery updates emailed regularly. Definitely recommend.”

“We received items very quickly and they were well wrapped. Unfortunately one of the items had a flaw in the glaze; I phoned customer service, sent a photo of the faulty item and they replied within 24 hours and sent a replacement immediately. A great hassle free service.”

“I’m happy with the product but very unhappy with the excessive delivery costs to France. The most expensive calendar I’ve ever bought because of that. The company should not use FedEx for such items. They never stop sending extra bills. Never again sorry!”

“My parcel was unfortunately not delivered due to a post issue however the customer service was incredible! They managed to check with Royal Mail and gave me a refund. I then re ordered and my next parcel arrived in good hands! 100% best customer service and website!”
