“After placing my first ever order with them 1 of the 3 items unfortunately came wrong! After a short email showing what had been delivered I quickly received an email back apologising and told to keep the item that had arrived by mistake and that the item I ordered would be shipped out to me straight away which I received the following day. I must say I was amazed at the speed of how fast they dealt with this and I would not hesitate to return to them again and highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Always happy to buy from Tempations as they just shave a little off the price of Jellycats. There is a wide range of other items to buy too. I also like visiting their shop in Beaconsfield. Prompt dispatch of items and tracking.”

“Ordered a soft toy cocker spaniel in memory of our Bruce who we lost 4 months ago at the age of 15. We’re expecting our first grandchild in a few weeks and I cannot tell them all about our wonderful adventures with our beloved Bruce without this very soft, lovable and realistic namesake!”
