“I placed an online order which was delivered just a few days later on a Friday. I didn't open the package till late after work, and I noticed that one of the Jellycats I had ordered had a mucky paw which wouldn't come off with just a quick wipe. I didn't want to risk making it worse, so I sent them an email at nearly midnight, with a photo. First thing Saturday morning I received an apology and offer of a refund or replacement. I obviously still wanted him so opted for replacement. By Sunday!! I received my replacement which included a return label to pop the other one back in the post. I sent an email letting them know and they advised he was back safe and sound. What a wonderful and refreshing experience! Part of my job involves customer service, and I pride myself in aiming to deliver 5* service as it really matters and often we don't receive now. These guys definitely did just that. Would 100% use again and recommend. Big shout out and props to Roby and Rebecca! 🥰 Thank you!”
