“I live in Spain and my grandchildren are all in the UK, so it is always difficult finding gifts for them. This morning I received a video of my 9 year old granddaughter, opening her Special Paddington Bear. I could see the surprise on her face as she recognised the toy. She was particularly taken with the wellington boots. I could hear the parents saying what a quality item it is and pointing out the features. Ordering and delivery all went very smoothly. Thank you!”
