“I've bought from this store many times, and my child is always happy to receive their packages. However, as everyone knows, the UK postal service is terrible. Once, I received a package and found it damaged. I immediately took photos as evidence, and unfortunately, when I opened it, one of the jellycat was missing. I contacted them, and they actually contacted me via email on their Sunday, which is their day off, to offer me compensation. Although it wasn't their fault, I really appreciate their attitude, and I will continue to buy authentic jellycat products from them in the future.”
