“I ordered a couple of weeks before Christmas a Jellycat Little Penguin. This was out of stock in a few places but I managed to purchase from Temptation Gifts. The price and postage was spot on and not inflated. Communication was great and delivery was really quick, especially for the time of year. The parcel was perfect and well wrapped. A real gem of a find and saved to my favourite shops. Will definately buy from again and I highly recommend.”

“First time I have used this website and I will definitely order again! I had been struggling to find a Jellycat as it was out of stock everywhere, to my surprise I came across temptation gifts and it was in stock on the website! Quick delivery time & a great service. Thank you 🤩”

“Items well packaged but one of the items wasn’t as expected and I wasn’t pleased that my only option was to return it at my own cost. Even though I have plenty of reasons why the product description and images were misleading Customer services were adamant that as the product dimensions were given that it was basically my problem and were not interested in offering any other solution. Therefore would not risk buying from them again. Would only shop with companies that offer free exchange/return and have more sympathetic and proactive customer service staff.”

“I have ordered some ceramic houses of Village pottery. One arrived with a crack on back side which appeared during manufacturing. I have asked the store for exchange - they were very kind and sent me another house with their fastest delivery just the next day! I am very pleased with my purchase in this store. Houses from Village pottery are just amazing!”
