“Fantastic service, especially when royal Mail redirected my parcel to the other side of the country by mistake. Not only did they deliver another item in time for Christmas, they refunded the original order which was very sweet of them indeed!”

“This company have a lovely website and I recently ordered 2 Jellycats. Due to an issue with payment used, I forgot to select the Next Day delivery option. As I was going away, I called the company to ask if either this could be paid for, or if the address could be changed to the order. The representative was very helpful and allowed me to change the address. The parcel arrived at the alternative address as requested and everything was perfect. Highly receommended.”
