“I ordered one of the jellycat story books as a 1st birthday gift for my friends little boy. The package arrived super quick. Was extremely well packaged and protected and arrived in excellent condition. My friends little boy thoroughly loved his present and didn't want to put it down. Overall an excellent service only thing I had issue with was the website had a couple of minor glitches which made the initial ordering a little awkward. But technical difficulties happen! Otherwise very impressed would definitely order again!”

“I’d already seen the item that I purchased in a shop. It was very cute. I opted for gift wrap for an extra £4 I think. The wrapping was absolutely awful. I at least expected a box. It looked like a child had wrapped it.”

“I've given 4 stars because after my initial 'complaint' that the lettering on the money wasn't good enough to give as a gift the lady who I spoke to was very understanding and efficient. Within a few days a replacement arrived which was perfect.”

“My order was for a Dunoon Coronation Mug which was a birthday gift for a lady in her early nineties. I was impressed that Temptation Gifts phoned to let me know that they had a stock shortage and were unable to meet their delivery date. I suspect that other companies would have not taken the trouble to call and left me irritated. Although disappointed, this allowed me to manage the expectations of the recipient of the gift. Well done!!”

“I ordered an Emma Bridgewater mug that had sold out everywhere else but was still available on Temptation Gifts. It arrived very quickly in perfect condition and I absolutely love it! Very happy with my purchase. The only downside was to get free shipping I had to spend more, which I would have done but there wasn't anything else on the site that tickled my fancy. So I paid for shipping, but would rather have spent more to get something else I liked. I hope Temptation Gifts will expand thier product range.”
