“I ordered one of the jellycat story books as a 1st birthday gift for my friends little boy. The package arrived super quick. Was extremely well packaged and protected and arrived in excellent condition. My friends little boy thoroughly loved his present and didn't want to put it down. Overall an excellent service only thing I had issue with was the website had a couple of minor glitches which made the initial ordering a little awkward. But technical difficulties happen! Otherwise very impressed would definitely order again!”

“I’d already seen the item that I purchased in a shop. It was very cute. I opted for gift wrap for an extra £4 I think. The wrapping was absolutely awful. I at least expected a box. It looked like a child had wrapped it.”

“I've given 4 stars because after my initial 'complaint' that the lettering on the money wasn't good enough to give as a gift the lady who I spoke to was very understanding and efficient. Within a few days a replacement arrived which was perfect.”
