“I paid £34.95 for a Jellycat Rainbow bag from Temptation Gifts. I have purchased from this company before, so I was stunned when the bag arrived wrapped (tightly) in tissue and then (literally) stuffed in a plastic bag and posted - it was creased and looked really tatty. Very disappointed- was given as a gift. I think if you're paying nearly £35 for an item PLUS £3.99 delivery, the very least that could have been done, was to put the item (which is smaller than it looks) in a suitable box. The parcel and the item were so battered (having been forced through my letterbox) I wouldn't have bothered had I have known how Tempatation Gifts were going to despatch it. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures. I wish I had. I shall be wary of purchasing further "soft" items from them in future.”

Thank you for your review, i am sorry that the jellycat rainbow bag arrived in poor condition due to being forced through your letterbox by Royal Mail. Over the years we have found that this type of packaging has been suitable protection for Jellycat and other plush items, so I’m extremely sorry that it was damaged in transit to you.As these are packed tightly in tissue when sent out, they do benefit from plumping up and re-shaping on arrival, my apologies that on this occassion it arrived creased. “Bought a water bottle for my daughter, was dropped on the carpet first day she had it and the bottom shattered. Wouldn’t say the bottle was suitable for children given how likely it is they’ll be dropped- made from the wrong kind of plastic. Refund/ return refused because it was dropped.”

On this occasion, as the bottle has sadly been dropped, I’m afraid that we are unable to replace this for you. “I love this website it has such unique and unusual gifts. The prices are astounding, the quality of the goods amazing, the delivery was really quick. The variety of goods they stock is phenomenal. They have gifts for all ages, it's really hard to choose because the are all so unique.
