“£2.99 was reasonable post cost. It took 5 days to receive item. You have to pay for return postage in 14 days. A contactable company with good communication which is good.”

“Just love the East Of India gifts . My first order was sent crammed in a small card envelope. This resulted in me pulling the gifts out with some effort and dropping one . I reordered after explaining and you gave me free postage. The second packaging was larger.”

“Unfortunately when I alerted the fact that my parcel had not moved for 48 hours and was probably lost, I was not believed and asked to be patient. However, three days later I alerted the problem again, and a lovely lady despatched a replacement hare first class within a day.”
