“This is the second time I have bought something from Temptation Gifts. Each time I have bought Yankeee Candles as my wife loves candles. I found that the price was great value for money which enabled me to buy more. They arrived within a few days packaged up well so nothing could get damaged. I was kept updated on my orders progress. Overall I found the experience of using Temptation Gifts EXCELLENT! I would definitely recommend people take a look at Temptation Gifts! I for one will definitely be back in the future.”

“The trays I received were unfortunately not the ones I had ordered, the ones I wanted was the POLKA DOT design which would have matched other items I already have. I was sent the same size trays but the design was HEARTS , I really couldn’t be bothered to return them & then have to re-order ! The quality, packing & delivery was excellent.”

Hi Linda, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your order has not yet arrived. I can confirm that we dispatched your order on the 9th of January. Unfortunately on the 11th we were informed by Royal Mail that a Cyber Attack occurred targeting them. This halted all international shipping going from the UK using Royal Mail Airmail. The latest update on 18th was that the international parcels in the system are now being processed and have started moving again, albeit very slowly I’m afraid. The tracking, however, is not being updated as they are concentrating on getting the parcels out for delivery at this stage. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay. “The delivery to France - within a week- was quicker than announced without the extra customs fees I feared because of Brexit and everything was well packed. Yet, the box of Christmas cards was slightly damaged, which I was disappointed with as I intend to keep it, but I could not send it back because of the cost. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.”
