“Very happy with my order, one of my favourite stores to look at Jellycats. Always good stock available including some rare ones that are out of stock elsewhere. “Unfortunately one of our treasured mugs suffered a mishap and as it was my wife's favourite I set about obtaining an identical replacement. I couldn't believe how simple it was to find the mug in question and the process of ordering so straightforward. The mug arrived in perfect condition within a few days. Excellent service all round.”
