“Absolutely superb service! I ordered a lovely mug, but unfortunately it arrived broken due to delivery. I contacted Temptation Gifts and without any fuss, they replaced it immediately — no questions asked. That kind of genuine care and customer-first attitude is rare these days. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be shopping with them again!”

“I was recommended to this store by one of my daughter-in-laws and I can’t rate the service enough. From telephoning the Bracknell store being advised to order through their website, placing my order using standard delivery, my order was in my home in less than 24hrs. The lady who answered my original call was very polite and informative . It was a pleasure to deal with this company. Long my they keep up the excellent work!”

“I would give a 0 star if there was an option. Cut long story short. I ordered a gift for someone on 5th May and paid for Premium Delivery. The delivery should have taken 1-3 working days. However, a week later on 12th May, I was informed the parcel got delayed in transit and Royal Mail couldn't investigate the whereabouts further and confirmed if the item was not delivered by 15th May, they would be able to submit a claim. Nothing was delivered on 15th May so I wrote to their customer service for a refund. It is 23rd May today the refund still hasn't been processed. Absolutely nothing has been received from the company. What a disappointing service from the Temptation Gifts!”

Hi, thank you for your review, after contacting Royal mail, they advised that the parcel was out for delivery , however as it is now being sent back to us, we have refunded you in full, please see our email correspondence for details. Kind regards Rebecca @ customer service
