“Wenn der Name 'Magpie' Programm ist... Es ist schon eine Herausforderung über die eigenen Grenzen Ware zu verschicken, UPS ist in dem Fall eine sehr schlechte Wahl, aber ok, kann der Verkäufer nicht wissen. Das Geld einzubehalten obwohl keine Lieferung angekommen ist, keine Entschuldigung oder Versuch die Lage zu verbessern, ist eine Frechheit!”

Unfortunately I can only find one order from you from January for a Snoopy LED lamp that is showing as delivered on 5th February.
