Hi, thank you for your review. We did reply top your email on 3rd December, please see below.Thank you for your email, I am sorry to hear that the tissue paper is missing from the box. All our orders are checked twice before leaving us, so I am concerned to hear about the missing item. Quite often flat items are placed at the bottom of the box underneath the packing materials so could I respectfully ask to recheck the box to ensure something is not underneath. Either way please could you provide me with a photo of the delivery note which can be found inside the delivery box, so we can identify who here picked and packed your order and if possible, a photo of the shipping box so we can see if potentially your order has been tampered with whilst in transit to you.
