About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Temple Knight offer a highly professional, yet personal one stop service for all your printing and photocopying requirements, whatever the size of your organisation.

“Novac our engineer called ahead to advise what time he would be arriving. He was very polite and professional and fitted the new parts necessary to restore the copier to it's full working order.”

“Novac visited to service our photocopier and was excellent. He rang to tell us when he would be here, once here he explained exactly what he was going to do and then explained further steps that needed to be taken. Temple Knight have exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of service. When all other companies are trying to get you to sign a service contract, Temple Knight offer an ad-hoc service/repair option which is better for us. Highly Recommendable Company.”

“I first contacted Temple Knight because we needed some advice about a problem we were having with our printer. I spoke to Simon who made suggestions on ways we might solve the problem and he was spot on. After that, we decided it would be good for both of our office HP printers to have a service and so Simon arranged for Michael to visit us the next day. Both our machines were given a full service including cleaning and updating of the software and Michael explained which parts of the machines were worn and could do with being replaced. He was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend Temple Knight to anyone.”

“Novac gave us a call to let us know when he was going to be coming. He was on time and very happy chappie. He was very knowledgeable about our printer and let us know exactly what was wrong with it and told us we would get a quote for the part that was broken, which came this morning. All in all very happy with the service so far.”

“The service we receive from Temple Knight is always very efficient, with an engineer being on site quickly to solve any printer problems. Latest engineer to visit was Luke, who was polite and courteous and soon had our printer working properly again. All Temple Knight engineers tidy up well following any work carried out, which is much appreciated.”
