About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Temple Knight offer a highly professional, yet personal one stop service for all your printing and photocopying requirements, whatever the size of your organisation.

“The telephone service was excellent when we needed an engineer for our rather ancient Canon photocopier and an engineer called on us within 2 days. Luke, the engineer, was very proficient and sorted the problem out for us and gave us some useful advice also.”

“I'm a one man band and rely very heavily on one main printer. It disastrously broke down on a Friday evening. Temple Night had Silvio Novac at my door by 9am on Monday morning. Printer fixed and fully serviced by 10am. Uber-professional, extremely courteous - brilliant!”

“Very prompt response to telephone call on friday and service visit fixed for 9am monday morning. Engineer Novac called 20mins before arrival to say he was on his way and arrived just before 9am. He was extremely courteous. He sorted the printer problem extremely quickly but was hampered by the fact that my computer was playing up so we couldn't print any test documents from my system. He was extremely patient and helpful and eventually we managed to get the system up and running again and all worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend Temple Knight”

“I have had an intermittent problem with my printer since the beginning of the year that others had not been able to identify and fix. Michael at Temple Knight was very persistent in his approach to diagnosing and resolving the fault. The resultant new part was time consuming and tricky to fit but he persevered, with incredibly good grace, and now I have a fully functioning printer again. Thank you Michael.”
