About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Took 4 attempts to fix the printer but we got there in the end

Novac visited to repair and service our printer earlier this week and could not have been more helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with.

I do find however the contractual terms unfair for a small business. We were obliged to continue with the service for another year because we had not given three months notice that we wished to terminate it. As we only have one printer and very few callouts, I don't feel that Temple Knight had incurred any costs and could have terminated the contract with one month's notice.
Michael has fixed problem, but it has taken a couple of visits (other technicians) to diagnose the problem. The team are always polite, helpful and quick to respond to call outs.

Although the engineer attended next day he only cleaned machine in parts and told me I needed new head.Charge was £138.00 for his visit which I had to accept.
2 days later received a quote of £700.00 plus VAT for engineer to return and fit head.
Obtained head from an alternative supplier for £300.00 and machine now fully operational so not happy at all from Temple response due to cost
Hi Steve, thanks for your review and comments. We are sorry that you were not happy with our service on this occasion. The engineer did attend to investigate a fault with your Canon Plotter. Unfortunately, after investigating the faults your machine required 3 parts to be replaced. The quotation we provided included all 3 required parts and the labour to fit them, not just the Printhead as your comments suggests.
