About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Temple Knight offer a highly professional, yet personal one stop service for all your printing and photocopying requirements, whatever the size of your organisation.

“Very quick service of our copier machine”

“Very good service. I was able to choose a pm appointment and the company gave us a call to let us know the engineer would be arriving within the hour. The engineer was very polite and explained everything to us clearly and serviced our printer. Thank you Novac”

“We called out for an engineer on Thursday 3rd May, and he was with us at 9am on Friday 4th, just when we were told he would here. Novae (Novac) was very polite and talked me through everything he was doing, and what the problems were with our photocopier. A very pleasant and efficient engineer, and would certainly recommend to anybody.”

“They came today to try and fix our copier and I have never known an engineer to be so thorough! Novak was very professional and hardworking and tried his very best to fix our machine, unfortunately it is out of his hands and we need parts. We always have great, friendly engineers and people on the phone too.”

He showed great patience and understanding for which we are grateful. “Luke pitched up on time last week and serviced my machine. Told me that there might shortly be a problem with my Fuser Unit. 2 days later had all sorts of problems with paper jamming and sensors not working. Phoned Temple Night and they had Michael with me within an hour (truly fantastic response). Problems did indeed all stem from the fuser unit and he fixed it very efficiently.”
