"Just be careful.... very polite and helpful when you first get in touch and give you a wonderful offer of a 2 year maintenance contract. Then nothing for 2 years until you receive a invoice which turns up when it’s to late to cancel the ever green contract. And even if you no longer have the printer they want another 12 months money or the threats start...... just be a little bit careful"

Novac not only fixed my issue, and tested in thoroughly to ensure I was happy, but he also showed me how to print reports and change toner cartridges etc. Now that's the epitome of excellent customer service in my mind.

"We have experienced may problems over the last few months with our Lexmark printer and each time I request an engineer they solve the problem for which I am very grateful but another different problem appears. Yesterday Rob and Nathan attended and and were very thorough in checking the machine and solved the problem quickly and explained in detail the reason for the colour fading. They were on time and very polite and now I hope all the problems are resolved. Thank you."
