“The staff I dealt with during my phone calls, Ivor for booking arrangements and another for processing payment, were extremely helpful, thorough and courteous. This is the second time my friend and I have booked through Teletext Holidays and I would certainly do so again. Thank you for the excellent and professional service.”

We are happy to learn our agents have always provided great customer service as this is what we always aim to do :). We are sorry to read your concerns with regards to the prices shown on the website. We do try to provide the best possible service to all our customers and your feedback is appreciated. To clarify, we use suppliers live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating so the live price would be confirmed to you when you call our sales department. Being honest with our customers is our priority and we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price”. “I recently bought a holiday for two to Morocco from teletext holidays and the girl was lovely. I kept changing my mind and she was so patient she had to call me back three times and even realised it was my birthday coming up soon and wished me happy birthday! I was looking online all day and were the best value by far x”
