Teletext Holidays (trading as teletextholidays.co.uk) is under the new ownership and management of Teletext Travel Ltd, having acquired the necessary intellectual property (IP) from the liquidators of the former owners Teletext Ltd. As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“Excellent Service from Start to Finish – Thank You, Sami! I recently booked a holiday with the help of Sami, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I reached out, Sami provided exceptional customer service—friendly, attentive, and truly focused on understanding my needs. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly, making the whole process feel effortless and stress-free. The price was also very competitive. Sami worked hard to find the best value for my budget without compromising on quality, and I genuinely felt I was getting a great deal. Everything from the Airline to recommendations of the hotel/resorts was handled efficiently. Sami ensured I had all the necessary information well ahead of time and followed up. It was reassuring to know that Sami clearly explained the policies upfront. It gave me extra peace of mind knowing that, if anything changed, I’d be in good hands. “Very good prices spoke to a few agents and each time was happy with the service received Christopher who booked my trip was very knowledgable and patient he also went through all the details to make sure all correct and that I understood thank you. So far all good and would recommend teletext will review again once I am back from our holiday”

“I recently called to book a holiday to Antalya with my family, including my young kids, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I received. I was looking for a hotel with a waterpark for the kids, and Dacey, who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the perfect place. She recommended a fantastic family-friendly hotel with a waterpark, which was perfect for our 3-year-olds, and the price was good and in our budget. I’ve always used Teletext Holidays before COVID, and it’s great to see they’re good. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to book a holiday!”

“This firm will get no more of my money been waiting 10 months for a refund of 3,500 euros phoned and been kept on hold but when I said I wanted to book a holiday answers in minutes keep well away everyone”

“Finally !! Was taking them to county court and suprise suprise had a phone call today after being ignored for 6 months saying refund will be in my account within 7 days then I can update the court saying it's been settled 😁😁😁”

“Teletext holidays need taken to court all the do is fob you off time and time and time and time again. They have no structure at all you ring them they put you through to god knows were as you wait for hours there is no complaints department there web site complaint dose not work. I am sick to the back teeth with this waste of time company who should be stopped trading by a court of law till everyone is refunded they are taking peoples money and getting away with it. I booked my holiday back in February for four of us costing £2900. Ryan air canceled one month before we were going to fly due to covid we never got one email from teletext holidays about this. I had to contact them 24 hours and ask why Guess what no response the date is December 9th and still nothing Phone calls emails just to be let down by a cheap robbing company who have trained puppets on there phones SELL SELL HOLIDAYS BUT DOT TALK ABOUT REFUNDS Do Not Bookek With Teletext Be WARNEDMR”
