NOBODY WILL ANSWER MY CALLS OR EMAILS TOLD I WOULD NEED TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT OUT TO TENERIFE AS EASY JET HAVE CANCLLED MY RETURN FLIGHT THOUGH IT WAS UPTO TELETEXT TO DO THIS. AS I HAVE BOOKED EVERTHING WITH THEM SHOULD IT NOT BE THERE RESPONILBILITY NOT HAPPY

I have contacted Teletext holidays on numerous occasions regarding my booking for September., Ryanair have changed my flights to a different date twice now and are offering a full refund, I spoke to Zara at Teletext she said as flights have been changed I can have a full refund on the hotel which I will receive 90 days from departure date. Seemed straight forward, I called back to action this and looking for email confirmation. I have since spoke to 2 very rude men who, one of them who actually cut me off. I was advised days ago I would receive an email and a telephone call within 48 hours, I have received neither. I also called back today held for 1 hour as phone was answered they cut me off!!! I have also sent emails - no response. I need this resolved ASAP. please respond, I need to know a refund will be actioned and I need confirmation of this.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH TELETEXT VERY INCOMPETNENT. HOLIDAY ALL BOOKED TO FIND OUT ROOM WAS FULLY BOOK BEEN PN HOLD FOR AROUND 45 MINUTES AS MONEY STILL HASNT COME BACK TO OUR ACCOUNT 48 HOURS LATER.... NO REFUND CONFIRMATION ON THE EMAIL AT ALL EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR IT! VERY POOR SERVICE!!

Do not use teletext holidays, they lied when I booked told me luggage included and it wasnt, hurried and pressured selling, now 5 months on from holiday cancellation and no refund, I dont even have a credit voucher now it expired in July! No communication just lies. People are taking unnecessary holidays because of this its shocking, totally irresponsible and they really couldn't care, no customer service, I really don't know what to do they owe me £1700 and just keep lying, my bank can't help as teletext keep saying they will refund but they haven't.

Absolutely disgusting Company. They hang up on you. They lie & fob you off. They talk over you & interrupt. They are absolutely useless. They don't want to help with queries or questions. I hope to god I see the day where they are the result of their own downfall. They don't deserve to be trading. Treating their Customers the way they do is disgusting. But they don't care. They have our money. We were due to fly on Thursday but they cancelled our Apartment & didn't even tell us!!! Now we have to phone Ryanair to try & get credit voucher. Absolute joke. Teletext Holidays you should be ashamed of yourselves. Past week I've made several calls asking them to email me documents reflecting change of date of travel. Now I know why they never bothered!!! Disgusting lowlifes is putting it mildly.

Zero stars..... Been on phone 2hours plus every phone call I've made... Transferred between 4 different people who each said they were putting me thru to their manager.....then get cut off by u!!! Its ridiculous!!!! I want and expect a full refund teletext....stop fobbing us all off with rude staff....ur quick enough to take our money but not give it back...I want this sorted TT777316

TT782222 Do not use teletext holidays under any circumstances! I had a holiday booked for early June 20 which obviously got cancelled due to the virus. I expected delays on my refund given the impact of the virus but this is becoming a joke now. The incompetence of the staff and how inconsistent they are in what they say in the minimal correspondence that you receive.. The lack of guidance, support and clear disregard to consumer rights is very disappointing considering how trusted they were. I have had countless grievances with teletext, one of which being that they took funds out my account following me emailing them not to take any further instalments as the airline provider had confirmed they would not be flying on my dates. This email amongst many other was completely disregarded and they took the payment anyway.. I don't believe this is legal? They just can not be trusted and genuinely have no regard for their customers. I expected so much better. I will never use this company again in my life. Once my refund finally comes through that will me the last time I communicate with these criminals.

We booked our holiday with Teletext holidays and all was great. I was told they would take £350 out of my account on the day of booking and then the rest of our payment on 28th September. To my surprise when I looked at my account the following day £350 had been taken Aswel as a futher £478. I rang Teletext holidays straight away and was told someone would call me back. I am still waiting for this call I've rang every day since andbedn put on hold for up to 2 hours and then cut off. So I sent an email explaining the situation and the fact that they had taken the extra money that shouldn't have been taken took me overdrawn in the bank which has cost me £30 per day. I am still waiting on a reply nearly 2 weeks later. I am really disappointed, annoyed and angry that they have taken money out of my account without my permission, and I have had not communication with them as they will not speak to me or reply to emails. Won't be booking again....... disgusted

ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTE CON COMPANY! DO NOT USE! Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Have been trying to amend our holiday as they suggest on their social media posts due to the new foreign office advice: can’t even get through to the ‘amendments team’. Every time I call I just to speak to a rude member of staff from customer service, each of whom spout a different load of rubbish from a call centre somewhere half way across the world. Still waiting for a call back I am sure I will never receive. Advertise themselves as a package holiday but now all of a sudden you have to contact flight company and hotel yourself?

ZERO would be my score is I could. Booking Reference TT780674 - Rang Customer Support, which is not at all what it is, as two different dates I have been given by two different advisers in the past have been missed. Now told that I can apply for a cash refund after 30th September. I know that Ryanair refunded the flight money in July, and the hotel I booked never had payment for my reservation from Teletext. So Teletext have had my money sitting in their account for a very long time. having to wait 4 months to get my money back is not good. All the messages about being very busy is no consolation to people trying to get their money back. It's not beyond the whit of man to take on some extra staff to help cope. By not stressing customers out with the constant battle to get their money back would surely pay dividends with return customer bookings. To make phone calls which keep you on hold for over an hour each time you ring is also not helpful to stress levels. Sorry Holly, I know you must be the busiest person working for Teletext, constantly having to say your sorry to read bad reviews! I await the automated response.

I am disgusted with this company. I have be waiting over 5 months for a refund. Only today I received an automated email stating that I will be issued with a refund for the flight but I have still not had an update about the hotel. I will definitely be taking this further as I have sent numerous amounts of email only to not get responded to. I have currently been on hold for over half hour trying to get the answers to my questions. Someone needs to call me back ASAP before this goes any further.

Scammers do not boom this company needs blockinng!!!!!! They are total hackers make accounts using your email so they access things before reference number is also totally fake what they give me and tried taking more money out that what they said they would

Holiday for my birthday with 10 friends in April was cancelled due to Covid 19, fair enough this has happened but I have been told lies all along trying to get my refund which I shouldn’t need to beg for! Rebooking is not an option as there have been job losses in my party, This has certainly put me booking with them again... Also sick of the person from teletext calling my mobile and hanging up every hour and even though the night!! All because I want MY YES MY MONEY BACK my ref is TT755509 sort it please Teletext, you have my number!!

Turned up in Cyprus with a disabled child to no taxi which I paid for! I spent 2 hours on the phone being fobbed off and spoken down to by multiple agents. In the end I had to find my own way to the hotel with 2 children! I have tried calling to confirm my taxi going back and I constantly get the phone put down on me. This is just the tip of the iceburg of the complaint I'm putting in, just want to warn others to never book with these con artists! SCAM.

Booked a holiday to Portugal on the evening of 20th August 2020. Arrived 36 hours later on the 22nd to find our hotel closed up and abandoned. Tried and tried and tried to get teletext to help us. We called on multiple phones but they fobbed us off, hung up on us and even blocked my husband’s Mobile number. 5 days later and still no one from teletext has answered a single email. We have been left high and dry by these thieving shysters and they simply DON’T CARE. A quick email to the hotel teletext booked us into confirms that the hotel closed in March and has never reopened. Please do you own research and book independently. We were sold a complete dud. Nearly £4,000 for a hotel which we could never stay in and left to fend for ourselves by this joke of a ‘holiday’ company.

Nightmare company, had to cancel our holiday due to hubby being diagnosed with cancer & still going through treatment, they still took the full amount from my account and now having a fight to get it back, shocking customer service, very rude and complete thieving liars

NEVER USE TELETEXT #### THEIVES ### SCAMMERS They have failed to notify us of a cancellation and when trying to arrange a refund they disconnect the phone. 3 hours and 7 times disconnected. Each staff member gets ruder and ruder when you try to complain. They state they are busy but when are taking more bookings and answer the booking line within 4 rings. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM NEVER USING TELETEXT AGAIN

We booked an holiday in Feb 2020 to go on holiday in sep the same yr. Covid then struck. My husbands medication reduces his immune system so cant travel. We have tried and tried to contact them to no avail. We want to defer the holiday to next yr. All they want is the full money. We havnt been able to speak to someone. There sending oneway text messages. We will never ever use this firm again. Truly diabolical holiday firm.

Hi, i booked a holiday with you yesterday, i have received my documents to download, which i have but when i go on Easyjet to check in it keeps saying my details are incorrect, i have been on the phone to customer services twice for over an hour each time and no one answers. I put my last name in the box and i have tried with teletext booking ref, i have tried with reservation number and also flight number but no joy, can you sort please, i have also left PM's on Instagram.

Shocking company. Even before covid came along and stopped our trip to Malta this bunch refused to be of any help when I noticed they had booked us into a different hotel that we wanted to stay in as the hotels had very similar names. I called up the hotel myself and they confirmed we would be able to get a full refund from them and called the correct hotel who said they had room for us. A very patronizing Teletext team member told us they couldnt swap as we wouldnt get a refund from the original hotel. I told him he was wrong but he still said there was nothing they could do and that the hotel we were booked in for was perfectly good enough for us anyway. We paid up full at the end of January, the holiday was cancelled a day before we were due to fly out in March. We got a partial refund for the accommodation side of things on 9th of June and then did not receive the flight refund until 19th August. We only got this when we did as I found out that Ryanair had actually refunded a third of the way through July so I had to chase Teletext for it. Their call centre staff do not speak the clearest English, making it very hard work to have a conversation with them. All in all a very unpleasant experience was had with them even without the covid bit being thrown in. I would not use nor recommend this company
