Very rude and greedy con artists never book with teletext holidays still no refund should not be in business We should all go to the press and tell people what is going on with this company it is absolutely disgusting how they treat customers and steal there money

Absaloute discrase would never go anywhere near them, phoned about 6 times in the past to be told 3 different dates on refund, then today after being in a que for 50 minutes to ask about a refund again what I've waited 3 months for and at least 50 emails totally ignored to then have the phone put down on you, phone to book a holiday they pick up striaght away. The customer service is dreadful unless you are booking and giving them money then they are all good and can't do enough for ur. My advise stay well clear.

Really poor aftersales service. Be expected to wait on hold for at least an hour just to receive conflicting or incorrect information about amendment or cancellation rights. Emailing seems to be equally pointless. I will never use this company again to book a holiday, stick to the big brands.

I would never recommend this tour operator. They cancelled my accommodation in Portugal and could not offer an alternative hotel. It took me 40 minutes to get through on the phone over 6 calls made and each time to be given conflicting guidance. I Now don’t understand what They provide to the customer. Customer care is 0 please book with a reputable agent or alternatively book yourself.

Have always booked with teletex holidays, never again. Latest holiday due in May to Turkey cancelled. Despite my emails (don't bother trying to call) no joy what so ever. So I've lost my job so don't try to flog me off with hard up stories I know 1st hand.

Teletext holidays you are a disgrace! Holiday cancelled in May due to covid! Was told I would get refund end of July. When this didn't happen I called numerous times and was put on hold for over an hour each time. Finally when someone answered my call I was told end of August. I have very little hope that my refund will be with me by the 31st. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Not going to get many customers returning to your service. Do the decent thing and give us back out monies!! TT781431

Disgusting arrogant call handlers. I have been shouted at by several call handlers and more than a few have tried to bully me into cancelling my holiday knowing that I would lose my money. There callback service is no existent, the information your receive from every call handler is different. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

0 star! This company is a disgrace! Following our decision to move our our holiday to next year due to covid-19 we proceeded to call teletext. After being on hold for a number of hours, everyday for two weeks we finally managed to be put through to someone. Once enquiring about moving our holiday they informed us that we didn't have any luggage booked for our original holiday (this was untrue) and that we would have to pay an additional £500 to add luggage along with the £1700 to move the holiday. And so, we thought it would be best to cancel the holiday due to the amount of extra money we would have to pay to move it. They then assured us that our holiday and flights were cancelled and we would be sent a credit note of £1800 as this was our only option and the only way we wouldn't lose out on all the money we paid for the holiday. However, the confirmation of our cancellation nor the credit note was not sent, and after checking with our hotel and flights we realised that our holiday was in fact not cancelled! We then phoned Ryanair for further assistance as teletext was no help. Ryanair then informed us that teletext did not reserve one of our passengers a seat on the plane with our original booking, despite us paying for all five reserved seats. We have had nothing but trouble with this company and will never use teletext again!

The Worst company ever. Incompetent and rude. 20 plus times we have called to move our holiday or exchange to a safe country, as my partner and i can't afford to isolate after our return from lanzarote. EVERY time we call they hang up, or say they will call us back in 24 hours.. they have said that 4 times!!! And not called us . Its obvious they are waiting for us to pay the remaining £800 we have already paid £600 . Then they will keep it and say there is nothing they can do. Even on the calls they answered and cut my partner off he can barely understand the chap onthe phone because of his strong indian accent. When we ask him politely can you repeat that please i idnt catch what you said, he becomes rude!!! I will never ever use them again this is my first time and what a terrible terrible experience we have had. We have been in tears with frustration. We dont want anything but to change till its safe to go and we dont have to isolate on return. Zero stars from us. Olease dont use them let me save you the heartache

T776035 - 15March - Lanzarote Couldn't travel due to FCO advice. Ryanair refunded to TT Holidays, hotel and transfers refunded to TT in June. No refund from TT. Promise the world never deliver - latest position is the promise of a refund by 31August, they have stopped responding to my emails, closed chatlines and good luck if try ringing them. there should be a zero stars option. This company is the pits. Don't say you've passed it to the relevant department because I've heard it all before - no one ever gets a reply from the "relevant" department. You've had my money for 7months - give it back.

Myself and friends had our holiday cancelled due to Coronavirus ,i have had flights refunded from Easy Jet but the trouble i am having getting my refund for the holiday is dreadful,they have taken the balance from my account £1684.90p in Total,i have sent numerous e mails and been on the phone for hours ,We are a group of ladies in our late 60s and the stress is not good ,i just need the refund to pay my friends back TT780239

So after waiting since march for my refund I was told after 31 July, after that was told within one month. So far iv heard nothing or even received a penny from them. They will make excuses and lie. They are trying to take every penny possible from customers. Because their a Indian based company the UK media and gov won't say a word in fear of upsetting the Indian government. Tt772379. All you'll get is a automated lie

If I could put zero stars I would. We have had an awful experience with Teletext holidays. I would never use them ever again. We booked a holiday 08/02/2020, quote from the website. Called Rakesh who stated the £200 deposit would only secure the accommodation. Which is wrong anyway as on the website it states £49pp deposit to secure holiday. I asked Rakesh if we called back at a later date to books flights will they be similar/same price he stated yes £10-£20 more/less. When we called back on 25/02/2020 (after payday) the flights were £150 extra per person which was way out of our budget, we are a family of 4. We then decided to cancel and were advised we weren't entitled to a refund of deposit, we argued this but it was refused. We even cancelled via the online cancellation form on the website. On Friday 14th of August I received an email to say £1000 will be taken from my account to pay the rest of accommodation. I called teletext after waiting 50 minutes to be told to ignore email it is automated and holiday has been cancelled and I will receive email confirmation of this. Friday 21st August £1000 has been taken out of my account. This is absolutely disgusting, NO customer service support at all, they stole money out of my account. I have now been on the phone to Teletext for around 3 hours today and no luck. DONT trust anything anyone says to you at teletext I personally think they should be closed due to being fraudsters!

Have waited the required 3 months before i can get a refund on credit note on cancelled April holiday. Emailed for the refund three times with no reply, have rung numerous times and been on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. Cannot find online chat. Understand it is a busy time but to be issued a credit note, receive calls to use it on another holiday then silence when we are in need of the refund is NOT ACCEPTABLE

Company is disgusting, they cancelled my holiday in April due to covid understandble. I then had to wait till June for only half my refund for accommodation, was told I would get the other half for flights by 31st July, heard nothing so called and was told to expect the refund first week of August. Today is the 21st and still nothing. To make matters worst each time I called I have been on hold hold for a hour. Press the option for sales someone answers straight away and transfers you to the refund team that have you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I am on hold now its been 53 minutes and counting. Will never book with them again. Customer service and after care is a shambles.

TT797729 Called numerous times, thrice they hung up the phone, booked holidays to Croatia flying on 22/08/2020 but due to FCO restrictions only essential travel allowed and quarantine restrictions coming back to uk, told them can’t travel due to these issues and want my money back, instead of helping me back they are advising me to take a credit note and book your holidays for next year how can I trust upon them, sending a wrong information. I want my total refund in the form of cash not in the form of credit note. Very pathetic service, full of unprofessional never ever booked your holidays with them

Awful just awful will be reporting to media Attol and Abta should never have the licence to trade .Rude staff no customer service no knowledge should not be trading managing director should be ashamed

This company is unprofessional hard to contact rude when you manage to get through to them even hang up on you never call back when they say they will my hotel is closed booked through teletext their reply you loose your holiday no refund totally rubbish no concern for customer no refund apparently
