“I embarked on this journey not being 100% sure if this was the right thing for me. It has been many years since I was a student. In the end I think that this type of course suited me perfectly. I found the course work very useful and especially the classroom videos. However to keep up in the beginning, I purchased the DK English for Everyone (English Grammar Guide) book and this was vital to keep in pace with the TL. I also think this book will be a great teaching aid in the future. Some of the quizzes that were not just True and False (Some had 10 options) were in my opinion far better as they made you think deeply and do research. I did struggle with the word limit on some of the written assignments, however I would write my lessons in full in Microsoft Word, and then precis them. I have now signed up for the Advanced Business English course as this is the area in which I want to work as I retire from my 35 years in business”

“I really enjoyed the 200-hour TEFL course. The modules were very comprehensive, easy to follow and packed with knowledge. I loved all the videos, they were easy to follow and a good example of how a class should be. I also enjoyed the quizzes to test my comprehension of the units. I was impressed with my tutor’s feedback, he was very thorough, supportive and positive with all the information and suggestions. It is an excellent course, very well organised and with great information and resources.”

“The course [with five modules] is very comprehensive, informative and easy to follow. I particularly enjoyed answering the quizzes as it tests my comprehension of the topics right away. The teachers in the videos were very professional and speak with eloquence, warmth and sincerity. My designated tutor was also very, very helpful with all my assignments. Response to my email was also fast.”

“Super easy and informative course! Very easy to navigate and understand. The videos and the written dialogue for each one made it easy to follow along each lesson. The classroom example videos and the quizzes were a great way to apply the lessons I just learned and see it in action and test my knowledge.
