“Got them for elderly parents in their 80s to replace old iPhone. Parents seem to be doing OK with them. They just need to read prompts on screen but it's early days. They are brilliant phones! Camera”

“As a company, TechSilver are excellent to deal with in all respects. My father is easily able to now read the large keys when typing and checking his emails. Unfortunately the keyboard itself is not quite 100% Mac -compatible as claimed.”

“Absolute delighted with the product. It does exactly ‘ what it says on the tin’. Very easy to set up using the video instructions ( fiddliest bit is connecting the charger, but that becomes easier with practice.) The app shows the route clearly. It has brought peace of mind to us both. Like how it notifies when battery is low or the geofence is breached too. Would highly recommend this neat little gadget”

“The most amazing purchase and just what our 93 year old mother needed who had returned from hospital after a frightening illness to then find herself in isolation in her care home. She loved her new music player from the moment she first played it- listening to her favourite Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Glenn Miller and Il Divo tracks. Her face lit up. She said to me yesterday she would never want to be without it. It has definitely filled a void in her life and provided comfort and a lovely environment in her new care home.”

“My Father's and my entire experience with the GrandPad and Tech Silver team was fantastic who were at all times professional and kind. As they say it definitely "does what it says on the tin" to quote a famous advert. I highly recommend The GrandPad for anyone with elderly parents/relatives. The GrandPad was such a blessing for my 95 year old father in his last year. It helped reduce his sense of isolation during the pandemic and gave me a connection with him that would not have otherwise been possible.”
