“Quite easy to get the tracker up and running. Not had it long, seems to be doing the job it’s intended to do. I think a little booklet, telling customers a bit more about the Yepzon. would be a good idea, ie, especially about charging the device.”

“Thank you for this tracker. So far it has shown itself to be reliable, uncomplicated, and accurate! It has some lovely features that make finding our mum so much easier. It is also better on the pocket than other trackers we have tried. Only very mild criticism would be that you cannot see the geo-fences when setting or moving another to a closer location, but you can work it out using the grid reference. Again thank you!”

“My neighbour is a little older than I am and he is not so comfortable on his Tablet so he asked me if I would look on my PC for a personal portable alarm. I did a search on Google and there were many possibilities, but he favoured the idea of the wrist strap rather than a key fob as he could get quicker access to the wrist alarm. I bought it on line from TechSilver and it came a couple of days later and fitted nicely through my letter box despite being carefully wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope. My neighbour has not needed to use it yet but he is very happy and reasured to have it. This is a very nice product with easy access to the alarm mechanism. Thank you TechSilver”

“Having been told that I am now partially sighted I really wanted a keyboard with the letters on it bigger than a normal keyboard. i had tried s light up keyboard and that was alright for a while, bur=t the keyboard I got from TechSilver has been perfect. Okay I still make mistakes but my typing is becoming quicker again. I couldn't believe it when I saw the keyboard and it does exactly what I wanted from it. I certainly recommend the keyboard to anyone in the same boat as me.”

“To start with i couldn't get my tracker to work. I sent an email as it was the weekend. 1st thing monday morning i got a phone call and it was sorted. Great customer service. (I didn't follow the instructions and blocked it. Ooppps.) The device itself works well, hence the 5*. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“This product has been a boon for me. It allows my husband who has dimentia , to have the independence to be able to go out walking when he wants to. It gives me peace of mind as I can follow his progress and see if he is safe. If he gets lost I know where to find him. Being able to speak to him at any time is reassuring for both of us.”

“Bought these light for my dad who has Parkinson’s and regular falls. Like the flexibility of being able to use the light without it needing to be secured in a particular place. This gave us the opportunity of working out the ideal spot which would activate as soon as there was a movement out of the bed. So far no falls at night!”
