“Fantastic company to deal with, my first time buying a 3d printer and they where happy to answer any questions. After a month of printing my K1 developed a fault, I emailed technology outlet support and they sent me a new part the very next morning and I was back to printing within less than 24 hours.”

In the past, I was stuck on the loading screen of a printer, and staff talked me through the fix (it was a failed firmware update). Highly recommended by this customer!”
