“So far I have used my FLSUN V400 for around 35 hours. It arrived promptly, it was easy to set up, came very well packed and included a small roll of filament. I'm a sculptor and use the free 3D open-source software package Blender to design some of my work. It is really quite amazing to watch a machine making things for me that would be impossible to produce using any other technique.”

“Refurbished items seem like bashed up well used second hand goods. Had some issues getting damaged parts replaced, had to remind about consumer laws to get a new damage free build plate sent out. Second issue was dealt with really quickly and replacement parts sent out next day. Unfortunately selling me a battered machine (damaged build plate, no power lead lead, no accessories, bent lower plate, snapped screw head, damaged fan, lose screws roaming free) left a bad taste in the mouth and I've since bought another machine new elsewhere. Ideally I would have liked to return this machine, but they didn't seem keen on taking back. Just hoping I have no further issues.”

“I purchased a Bambulabs X1 carbon from them, the price was good and included free delivery. It was delivered the next day at a time given by the delivery company. It was well-packaged and in good condition when it arrived. I have had no problems with it. Effectively I received it within 24 hours of placing the order, hence the 5-stars”
