“My sound system only has sound coming through 1 speaker have sent an email but no reply not good after sales”

Hi Dominic, We've replied to your email within 24 hours (working days) after it was sent in on a Saturday and offered some things to check and a clear replacement process if the initial checks do not resolve the issue. Please note that we are closed on weekends and do our best to reply to all weekend enquiries and issues ASAP where possible by Monday/Tuesday at the latest. Kind regards, Craig.

“My remote broke some time ago, just refreshed a damaged bathroom ceiling and thought it was about time to rectify the lack of music. Went back to K&B Audio and they stocked the replacement remote at a fair price👍 No hesitation in recommending K&B”

“Excellent customer service from the 1st call I made to post delivery. The staff were patient and aimed to ensure I was happy with the products I purchased and at no point did them oversell even though they had the chance. I cannot fault the excellent service and reasonable prices they charge - its an excellent service end to end - thank you Aiden.”
