Hi, I have looked into this and your order was dispatched on the same day as your order via next working day delivery using ParcelForce. It appears that delivery was not possible on the next working day (does not state why on tracking, possibly no one home) and they re-delivered it on the Saturday. I am sorry it did not arrive next working day but it was dispatched on the same day via next working day as per our promise. 99% of parcels arrive next working day. Apologies again, enjoy your system. Craig.

“I ordered some ceiling speakers knowing they were on back order but they struggled to get hold of them. I received my money back no qualms. A few days later I seen the same speakers were in stock but at a higher price. After speaking to customer services about the whole situation they apologised and honoured the old price. Not very many companies would do that, hat's off K&B, and they delivered really quickly!”

“I have bought many speakers now from K&B Audio and every time, I have been 100% satisfied. The quality of the Lithe WiFi ceiling speakers is superb. “I have bought speakers from K&B before and was very happy with them. I used the live chat to discuss some specific requirements and the person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was given 3 options and advised to look at the website to decide which would suit best. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and speaker looks great. Would definitely recommend.”
