“Exceptional service from the guys at K and B! Really helpful videos on YouTube before purchasing and helpful staff to answer questions. The Bluetooth Lithe speakers I bought were also cheaper than all other competitors including Amazon so it was a no brainer but to buy from K and B. Very quick delivery also!”

“I couldn’t be more impressed with these speakers. They look good, they sound excellent, they were delivered in just a couple of days, they’re great. Can’t do too much about the simply dreadful music my kids choose to listen to but that’s hardly the fault of K&B Audio.”

“Fast dispatch and prompt reply to query. Able to upgrade to better speakers although £18 to return naturally heavy item (free with Amazon) adds to the price. That said, £10 discount on first purchase and 20% to buy returned speakers means uofrsee price is good. Do get marketing email saying still items in my basket and offering 5% discount even though I bought. Good advise on speaker upgrade.Will consider K&B for audio in future.”

“I read the reviews of this company and the one thing that stood out was their customer service. I was not disappointed when I purchased some speakers. We are renovating our house and I have always wanted ceiling speakers. I tried to do some research on line but there were so many to choose from I didn't know which way to turn. I called K&B Audio and the guy on the phone (think Craig) was unbelievably helpful. My research had led me to some speakers which were really expensive and Craig actually advised me I wouldn't need to spend so much for what I wanted. They're not just after making a quick buck! They were even on hand after we purchased to help our electrician fit them correctly. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you”

“Bought item on line. Listed as in stock. Actually spoke to an advisor prior to ordering. Placed order, K&B took the money, sent a confirmation email and then silence. 3 days later phoned to find out status only to be told they had no stock and would not get any more until July!! Apparently i was next on the list to call and be told? Absolute garbage from start to finish.”

Hi Mark, I am really sorry for the issues with this, it was in stock when you contacted us but they were selling quite fast, we oversold by 1 rock speaker which was unfortunately yours. We thought we could get one from another source hence keeping you waiting but unfortunately we couldn't get that either. We are really sorry to have let you down, our stock is normally very accurate but as we're running with just 2 people due to COVID-19 we are making some mistakes. Kind regards, Craig . M.D
