“Great service, great comms and great products! I had a couple of online questions prior to placing an order for a rock speaker as was apprehensive over the power and quality. A rep came back to me quickly, answered my questions efficiently and provided the reassurance that I was looking for. I ordered the speaker, which arrived quickly as promised and again, as promised, is exceptional. Will definitely be using K&B again, thanks!”

“I contacted K&B to ask about the length of a power lead on a ceiling speakers was looking at buying as it wasn’t listed online, they said they would check and call me back which they did only five minutes later. I placed the order online and had an email saying my item had been dispatched only an hour later. Received the following day. Great service from start to finish”

“we have fitted these yet but have tried them & the sound is very good, delivery & service was excellent. We did but the remote but actually you don't really need this if you are happy to download the app & use your Smartphone.”

“Excellent customer service I was unsure Of how to connect these speakers, the friendly advisor was very informative. Simple process for placing the order and the delivery was very prompt. The speaker has been fitted into the kitchen and the sound quality is crystal clear. Bathroom speakers-bathroom and en-suite still being renovated so will be going up shortly.”

“Fast efficient delivery speakers are in and Bluetooth unit fitted and out of all the money spent on my kitchen the speakers are the best thing ever sound quality is great and my kitchen is alive with cool music and a happy cook”

“They distribute plain black speaker cable with no polarity markings on it. I find that rather odd for a professional audio company. But the equipment, prices and delivery service was great. Customer services very helpful too.”

Hi Adam, thanks for your review and orders, much appreciated! Hope you enjoy your new system. All of our cable is polarity marked with a rib that runs down the side of one of the cores. It's a high quality OFC cable. We are looking at alternatives with a red line, but haven't found anything as good quality for the same price yet. Many thanks, Craig.
