“Aiden the customer satisfaction manager helped me from the second I emailed to the second the order arrived at my door. I needed an up and downstairs system for a new built property that I could link to my phone. Aiden pulled together a custom quote for me including 2 speakers rated to be in a moist environment as I needed 2 for my bathrooms. Perfect service and I will be ordering all of my garden setup here too. Thanks again Aiden!”

“I've ordered a few products from K&B Audio and would highly recommend their products and services. I was impressed with the customer service I received from the outset. Ordered ceiling speakers for a loft bedroom, ensuite bathroom and playroom in 2017 and 3 years later when I contacted them recently, not only did Aiden remember me, he was only to happy to help with my query and dealt with it very efficiently. Nothing is ever a problem or a bother...and that is very refreshing when companies are not always helpful and few have a "client first" approach. I do intend to order more items from K&B in the not too distant future, and would happily recommend their services without hesitation !”
