“Having made my order online, I discovered an updated version of the same item which I preferred. I sent an email the next day before dispatch, asking to update my order. This was quickly acknowledged by return including a provision to pay the difference, which I did. A few days later I did indeed receive the item I wanted. I found K&B very convenient and efficient to deal with, with their products on sale to be well priced.”
