“I'm not a writer of reviews, but K&B impressed me. I spoke to customer services via email, very helpful & quick to respond. They even advised me that a lower price product may be what I need. Who does that? Ordering online was simple & took next to no time. Delivery was fast & well packaged. And the price was very acceptable. I can't fault K&B. Why can't other companies work like this? They deserved the business & also a good review. Well done team K&B.”

“I had been looking for a turntable with speakers for a wile just happened to see k&Baudio site took me five minutes looking to ordering great service and delivery was next day would highly recommend.the sound is really good for small speakers”

“Following some on-line research, I found HI-FI kit that decided to purchase being sold by K&B Audio. I ordered it but as I did not receive the ususal confirmation of oredr, called K&B the next day. Charmin gentleman answered the phone and confirmed the order was being processed but if he were to find otherwise, he would call me back. The kit arrived the followng day and I am very happy with my choice of kit and supplier. It felt more human that a lot of web purchases!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery (ordered Saturday night, in my hands on Tuesday), and doubly impressed by the care with which the goods had been packaged up. They arrived in a sturdy carton with plenty of paper filling to stop boxes moving about in transit. No plastic either - well done! I had some contact with the customer services team a few months ago when planning an installation. They were very helpful and responsive. I ordered on the web and that was simple and clear. An all round good, hassle free 'did what it said on the tin' experience. Thank You! Dave”

“Very happy with my product but for such a small item (a felt vinyl brush) it was a huge cardboard box with so much bubble wrap. Worth thinking about smaller packaging options for something like that!”

“Good quality equipment, well packaged and quick delivery. Am enjoying rebuilding a vinyl collection and playing them on the record player and speakers I bought. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is a small chip in the covering on the front of one of the speakers, but still very good quality kit.”

“Excellent stereo set to revive my vinyls. I ended up connecting to blue tooth as was confused by the wiring, but that said I’m not very tech savvy! Overall the system is so simple to use and the sound is perfect. Thank you.”
