“This is my first time dealing with K&B Audio which I did online, ordering a wiFi streaming amp. They were quick and efficient and the equipment was well-packaged. There was a delivery delay but nothing to do with K&B and all the fault of Parcelforce.”

“I haven't listened to vinyl for more than 20 years. In my loft space to make room recently, I came across my old vinyl collection...and just couldn't throw them away! I found K&B Audio's website and saw their bundle Edifier speakers and Audio-Technical turntable and decided to invest and give that vinyl one more spin. The merchandise was delivered within three days of purchase and came expertly packed, with all the instructions you'll need. What was impressive was K & B's "extra mile" service. By that, I mean the very informative email they sent between order and delivery, crammed with really useful information that made for good reading whilst eagerly awaiting the gear. Their communication hits just the right tone - friendly, informative and a touch of humour here and there that confirms you are dealing with human beings - good to know in these AI-generation days. I was very pleased with them (and their product) and would certainly not hesitate to use again. Thanks, K and B!”

“Absolutely delighted with everything. I ordered Tuesday afternoon expecting a two to three day delivery. It actually arrived less than twenty four hours later on Wednesday. It was easily set up and the sound quality it superb. Haven't been able to have too loud as I have neighbours but I did try fairly loud and no distortion. Sound quality with Bluetooth great as well. Several of my albums are original Mono and I expected them to sound flat but no, they sound as crisp as if recorded recently. I'm so glad I purchased from K & B Audio. Thank you”
