“Excellent Service . When it was discovered the manufacturer had missed an all important power supply K&B Audio were able to get the missing item sent directly in no time at all Great Service !”

“I had a problem when I got to the pay page when ordering on my laptop, it wouldn't go any further than enter your credit card details. I rang and they said they would check and ring me back, while waiting I tried using my phone and everything went through first time. The items arrived the next day one day quicker than expected so very happy. I haven't opened the boxes yet as there a present for my granddaughter for her birthday tomorrow. Never did get the call back, perhaps they recognised that I had ordered on the phone app.”

“Initially contacted customer services with a question about a product and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful. “I ordered my speakers first from a big online retailer who sent me the wrong product and couldn’t sort it out. Then I found K&B who had the same product for less, and shipped it much faster than they said they would. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“My ATLP60X turntable and dual Edifier monitors arrived very quickly (although I chose next day delivery at a very reasonable £6 or so) and was in perfect condition. I’m just getting back into vinyl collecting and the setup is going to serve me well for years.”

“First experience from the good people at K&B. Knowledgeable, helpful staff that know their companies processes and products superbly. Great advice, items were for a birthday gift and the guys checked stock quants, ensured same day dispatch, even after the 2pm cut off and everything arrived less than 24hrs later in London. Couldn’t ask for more. Great experience that is so rare to receive these days.”

“What a great company I wasn't sure as to which turntable and speakers I wanted so I asked the questions as to my requirements and I was advised very professionally I am so happy with the turntable and speakers there are clear as and sound brilliant I would recommend K&B Audio toanyone if you not sure ask them they have a great team and get back to you quickly will be buying from these from now on , thank you all at K&B Audio”
