“If I could give more than 5 stars then I would! The product is absolutely amazing. Customer service were amazing, I had a mishap with 1 of my parcels and they were straight on it with the delivery company to locate my parcel. Fastest customer service i believe ive ever dealt with.”

“Hi , very pleased with the outcome , had to get someone to connect it as being a non technical person I usually can't understand the instruction leaflet but I suppose that's down to me ! Once connected the volume is now crisp and cinema like so now I can watch TV without trying to work out conversations , thank you . Trevor .”

“Easy to use the web site. Lots of useful information. Ordering process easy. DPD's tracking wasn't good - you have to be in to take delivery and they only gave me an hours notice. Notwithstanding that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend K&B Audio”

“An excellent audio system and bought with ease from a fantastic and easy to deal with company. A pre-purchase question quickly answered, navigating the shop was straightforward and the stereo and turntable were in our possession a little over 24 hours later. The Pure stereo and Audio Technica turntable link easily with fantastic sound quality. Very happily recommend”

“Ordered the Pure Classic H4i from K&B Audio which was delivered within 48 hours which I consider excellent service. The radio was well packaged for delivery which is very reassuring. The radio itself is exactly as advertised which I'm very happy with, good sound quality as you'd expect from Pure and with internet radio for a wide range of stations. This was my first purchase from K&B Audio, it won't be my last judged on this experience.”

“I found the website extremely easy to use. I also had to use the live chat-superb customer service, knew exactly what I wanted and gave me plenty of choices. After placing my order I ask for my items to be delivered after a certain date and this was organised by Jack. Items were well packaged and due for a present so not opened yet, but K&B Audios service to this point has been excellent, will be using again!”

“I only wantef Edifier speakers for bluetooth & easy to set up. Great They style - elegant, compact and not intrusive with good sound quality. I like that I can use them living room or hall or kitchen so very versatile. Look better than most for price. Efficient customer service & delivery.”

“Fabulous experience, very smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend K&B Audio. Competitively priced and the only place I could find a turntable and speakers sold together so I knew they would be compatible, being a novice. Had to email customer service to check on delivery as I wasn't going to be in; they replied within 30 mins to put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to look them up again in the future. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟”
