“I purchased an Evoke Home internet radio/CD player. The item sent to me is one that had undoubtedly been previously purchased and returned by someone else. The box had been opened before, and the original seal of the box had been broken - and ordinary sellotape was used to seal the corners instead. When I turned it on, it showed 'Chris iphone' as a connected device. This has now disappeared after I connected it to my home wifi. I took photos but subsequently deleted them since I do not intend to return the item, which is working all right”

Hi Sandip, thank you for your recent order and my apologies for the issue. We had this sent directly from the UK Pure distributor so I'm not sure how it can be a used item, we also only listed this product last week so have not had any returns as of yet.
