“Ordered speakers on Friday evening they'd arrived by Sunday lunchtime. Amazing. Great packaging lots of updates from point of playing order to pre delivery. So pleased great quality item and in the sale. Thank you K&B Audio highly recommended.”

“We haven't set up the turntable and speakers yet as they're a gift for later this year but all looks just fine. However, I cannot fault the ordering process and the delivery which, despite placing the order at around 3pm - 4pm on a Friday, was delivered the very next day. Great and unexpected service and would definitely use again based on this.”

“I obtained some 60 vynal albums from a friend so needed a record player system and found this company online so had a look through their products and eventually settled on the system I purchased but there was a few questions I needed help with and I found customer service to be very helpful and answered all my questions through the online chat so all good”

“Bought a record player and speakers. The website detail and process was informative and easy. Notifications of orders and delivery were swift. Delivery within 48 hours even after ordering midday. Really good quality kit. Loving listening to records again! Would definitely consider K&B again The only consideration was DPD would not leave in our normal safe place and so not trusting/liking our neighbours we collected from a store 5 miles away. However, was kept fully informed of delivery.”

“Absolutely fantastic. I reached out to their online chat to get a recommendation on a vinyl player. They responded almost immediately helping me to decide which would be best for my daughter. Ordering was simple and straightforward. It was dispatched the same day and I recieved it the following day. Item was packaged well and tracking for the delivery was given. Extremely happy, highly recommended!”
