“This review is to update my last one, as my first review was more to do with google maps not been updated. This time round I will say that the service I received was excellent from Hannah on the phone, to my visit to pick up my new QED speaker cables from Craig, top marks to you both. I have already passed on your website to other people that I know who have vinyl.”

“I'm extremely happy with my pair of Pro-Ject Speaker Box 3E Carbon purchased from K&B. Firstly, the shopping experience was great — very simple and easy, which gave me confidence in making an expensive purchase and means I will certainly return in the future. Communication was clear during the entire process, delivery was quick and on time, and the item arrived well packaged. As for the speakers themselves — an absolutely stunning pair of compact bookshelf speakers that are incredible in a near-field setup for my desktop computer. Fantastic range, very neutral, and a good amount of bass for such a small set of monitors. These speakers have improved my audio experience far beyond what I expected when listening to music and playing games. They also remain remarkably detailed even at very low volume, meaning I can enjoy them throughout the day and night. Highly recommended and a very fair price from K&B with a nice discount during Black Friday. Thanks!”

“We ordered a record player as a Christmas gift for our daughter. It was very easy to order and was delivered very quickly. We were given an hour slot for delivery which was very helpful as I was able to message my daughter when it was arriving. The record player itself was of great quality and made a perfect Christmas present.”

“I've done a lot of research online for quite a while as didn't know anything about the best product to buy. I was looking for a record player for my husband for Christmas and your website stood out as the most professional. Lots of information and videos and great reviews of the products I was interested in. Really easy to navigate. Discounted price and a code for further discount as near to Black Friday. Came really quickly and I could track it. The driver even popped it in the garage for us and we have long steep and probably very wet drive to the garage so much appreciated. It's always a worry when having expensive items delivered. Can't wait for my husband to open it on Christmas Day!”

“We have bought the record player, CD player and Edifier bluetooth speakers. We are really pleased with them. The sound is excellent. Such good value too. Ordering online was easy and delivery was really fast. Also when wecontacted K&B with a question they were quick to come back. Excellent service allround. Can't recommend them enough!”

“After having a problem with 'mains hum' for a long time when using my record deck, I have been sold extension cable twice recently to sort out the problem but to no avail. After reading your information, I purchased a 3 mtr extension cable from yourselves along with a m-f adaptor. Problem solved at last. Many thanks for your great service. I now know where to go for hi-fi stuff. Thank you.”
