“If you want advice, if you want equipment, if you want service, then K&B Audio is the store you MUST deal with. Jack & Craig will make sure you get the best solution for your needs. Furthermore in my experience K&B Audio will supply your system very quickly. I placed my order in a phone call at about 3.15pm and The NEXT MORNING at 11.50am my turntable, speakers and accessories were delivered!!”

“I recently purchased a pair of ceiling speakers along with an amplifier from K&B audio. Not knowing much about audio equipment, I was pleasantly surprised to discover on their website that they have a physical shop I could visit to discuss my requirements with one of their experts. Thank goodness I did, as I would have made the wrong choice had I been left to order online without guidance. The team were incredibly helpful, and their advice made all the difference. Thank you K&B”

“I live a short distance from the shop so popped in to get a new needle for my record player. Craig was extremely knowledgeable helping me choose an upgrade. And even though the replacement was a cheaper alternative to another choice, he then even ran out to his suppliers to get the item as he did not have it in stock. Highly recomended”

“Excellent service. Love the help videos on the website too. I had a problem with my first set Edifier R1080BT Active Bookshelf Speakers that'd arrived. This was swiftly sorted through the online chat. They were returned the same day and I had the replacement ones within only a few days. They're a really good small speaker too. I now have them on my desk upstairs and the Bluetooth connects really well with my turntable in the dining room. Wasn't expecting that, proper bonus! Would recommend the speakers and definitely the shop!”

“We've had the turntable for a month or so and we're really pleased with the sound and the features. Relatively easy to set up the turntable and speakers. Bluetoothing headphones was more of a challenge. More down to Bluetooth - tip turn off Bluetooth from your household devices when you're tethering to the turntable. Overall 5 stars, great sound price and service.”
