“We ordered a record player as a Christmas gift for our daughter. It was very easy to order and was delivered very quickly. We were given an hour slot for delivery which was very helpful as I was able to message my daughter when it was arriving. The record player itself was of great quality and made a perfect Christmas present.”

“I've done a lot of research online for quite a while as didn't know anything about the best product to buy. I was looking for a record player for my husband for Christmas and your website stood out as the most professional. Lots of information and videos and great reviews of the products I was interested in. Really easy to navigate. Discounted price and a code for further discount as near to Black Friday. Came really quickly and I could track it. The driver even popped it in the garage for us and we have long steep and probably very wet drive to the garage so much appreciated. It's always a worry when having expensive items delivered. Can't wait for my husband to open it on Christmas Day!”

“We have bought the record player, CD player and Edifier bluetooth speakers. We are really pleased with them. The sound is excellent. Such good value too. Ordering online was easy and delivery was really fast. Also when wecontacted K&B with a question they were quick to come back. Excellent service allround. Can't recommend them enough!”

“After having a problem with 'mains hum' for a long time when using my record deck, I have been sold extension cable twice recently to sort out the problem but to no avail. After reading your information, I purchased a 3 mtr extension cable from yourselves along with a m-f adaptor. Problem solved at last. Many thanks for your great service. I now know where to go for hi-fi stuff. Thank you.”

“Exceptional service and products. Through the K&B 'chat line' the customer service team were very helpful and guided me to the products that matched my requirements. Styling and price very good with a choice of finishes....all in stock! K&B acted on my order immediately - even though it was the weekend.
