“I had a problem when I got to the pay page when ordering on my laptop, it wouldn't go any further than enter your credit card details. I rang and they said they would check and ring me back, while waiting I tried using my phone and everything went through first time. The items arrived the next day one day quicker than expected so very happy. I haven't opened the boxes yet as there a present for my granddaughter for her birthday tomorrow. Never did get the call back, perhaps they recognised that I had ordered on the phone app.”

“First experience from the good people at K&B. Knowledgeable, helpful staff that know their companies processes and products superbly. Great advice, items were for a birthday gift and the guys checked stock quants, ensured same day dispatch, even after the 2pm cut off and everything arrived less than 24hrs later in London. Couldn’t ask for more. Great experience that is so rare to receive these days.”
