“Am often a bit doubtful about reviews as to whether they are genuine, so was happy to discover that Taps Empire do provide a good service at a good price. I've received 2 orders, one for 2 taps, another for a shower valve set, and will probably back for a basin and tap. I checked by phone in advance of the order that what I wanted was in stock which turned out to be the case. Free delivery is great so it means I can order what I want when I need it rather than having to try and complete a large order all at once to avoid delivery costs.”

“I recently placed an order with Taps Empire because a larger supplier was unable to supply my order on time. The service was great because I had rung to check stock and they were running low on one item as soon as my order was placed they rang me back to arrange delivery. All items were promptly delivered and there prices were competitive too.”
