“EXCELLENT. Ordered a sink from this company and even though the first 2 were imperfect (not the companies fault), they kept me informed at EVERY stage of the replacement process. This morning Paul (delivery driver) arrived with the replacement- AMAZING- what every customer wants and deserves- HELPFUL, POLITE, CHARMING AND VERY PUNCTUAL, couldn’t ask for more. AND delighted with my new sink *****”

“There was a manufacturing defect with one of the taps (not visual so wouldn't have been picked up). Taps Empire dealt with it swiftly and had the manufacturer send us out a replacement part. We sent an email on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend flagging it and we had the replacement part by Thursday - less than three working days. The true measure of a company is in its aftersales care - so glad we bought from them!”
