“I ordered the powder, assuming since it is advertised as ‘tasty’ that it would taste the same as the liquid. However it has a very subtle (almost like warm water but not quite), rancid taste. Dishwater like! Disappointing!”

“Company is a scam. BEWARE. I replaced an order on the 9th of August 2023 and PAID £5.99 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY which is today 10th of August 2023 and they took my money and never delivered it. They sent only the data details to DPD courier and not my parcel. When I registered my details with them they have the irony and the guts to put on my account that my parcel was delivered WHEN IT IS NOT TRUE. THIEVES. SCAMMERSNOT RECOMMENDED.”

Hello Edward, We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. Unfortunately it's not viable for us to send out single cartons due to a number of reasons including higher risk of a single carton being damaged in transit. However, if you would like find your nearest stockist feel free to email our customer service team on hello@frejafoods.com to provide us with your postcode - you would then have the option to buy single cartons of our broth. “Delivery never turned up! The fault lies with the Post Office - they sent me a photo of the delivery ‘left in a safe place’ where is this safe place, it’s certainly not the communal area of my apartments!!!”

“This is a quality uncontaminated and wholesome product. I love everything about it. The flavour is well-balanced and not overwhelming, so it is mild enough not to overwhelm if used as part of a recipe and just right if used as a hot drink. We love it as one 1/3 of a nourishing tomato soup with passata and water.”

“Nutritious, tasty and convenient. I've enjoyed them as part of a weight-loss regime, adding diced veg and sometimes, snall pieces of meat. I find them filling, and each carton makes 3 meals, making them good value. Highly recommend.”

“It's an amazing product but it's too expensive...£20 for 3 small cartons is not sustainable. I honestly would buy this product in bulk/regularly, but I can't afford it just like many other people out there. Is there anyway you have thought about reducing the price so its more sustainable for people to regularly purchase ?”

“I’ve now tried chicken & beef. Both delicious. I have a warm mug a day mainly in the morning. I’ve been doing this for about 4 weeks and I’m feeling pretty good, less tired, shiny hair & clear skin”
