“Great site. Easy to arrange a pet carer and the app/site is easy to use. All carers are vetted. Peace of mind is so important and we were very happy with our choice of carer for our cats. The cats were very well-cared for. Cheaper than a cattery plus less disruption for the cats as they remained at home.”

“After needing to find someone at short notice and came across this service. After completing me requirements and posting my request I started getting offers within 10 minutes. I choose someone who lived nearby and was able to meet them at a convenient time to introduce her to our cats. It all was easy, quick and professional. What a great service.”

“Using Tailster has removed some of the concerns of arranging a dog walker as the insurance liability is in place, payment is easy and when I made an error in the dates I had published, the team were very quick to respond to my request to amend them. The website isn't the most straightforward to use but overall I have had a good experience.”

“I found the use of Tailstock very easy and efficient. My only suggestion for improvement would be that when the sitter enters the home, that there is a check in/check out facility so that as the owners, we are aware of when the sitter is with our pets and how long they stay with them etc. But overall very happy with the service!”
