Sarah was patient and kind, and went out of her way to ensure we had the service we - and our mum, wanted. On the day the Funeral Director and hearse driver were professional and considerate, gently guiding us, and our 7 pall bearers through the whole thing. “Stated to work with me on arrangements for my father's funeral, however failed to provide my contact information to the Minister to make arrangements and once they received payment refused to coordinate on finalising the arrangements. This is not the type of service one can repeat when the provider fails in its basic duties; therefore I highly discommend the service provided here. While I appreciate the funeral itself will be a tough time, it has been made even more so by the service received.”

“My father planned every aspect of he's funeral through the Debden branch of T. Cribbs and this helped to make arranging his funeral easier for my mother. But he could not have done that 9 years ago without the help and support of the team.
From the mortuary at the hospital to our first visit at the Debden branch with Carole and the team we felt supported and at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and the support was amazing.
We thought that it couldn't get better than that, but how wrong were we.
Enter Ben our conductor on the the day and the team of drivers, groomsmen and carriage drivers who were some of the most professional people we have met. They could not do enough for my Mum and our family. Dan our driver in the lead car allowed us to share memories of our dad with him and made the day although very emotional also happy with our memories of Dad.
The horse and carriage was exceptional and so wonderful, we were allowed to give the horses mints and introduced to each horse which we didn't expect, but memories we will never forget. My Dad made us proud of what he planned, but T Cribbs and there team made us proud of what they done. We can never thank them enough for what they did for us to help get us through the hardest time of our life's.
